Mission 1: Strengthen financial robustness and responsible ownership.

This provides strategic freedom of action and long-term financial resilience across generations. It is supported by a strong pipeline, controlled growth and healthy earnings that maintain the firm’s capacity to invest.

Mission 2: Develop a learning and high-tech engineering practice. 

This creates lean and responsible solutions for both the planet and the project. Learning, collaboration and the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence are intended to drive a more efficient practice.

Mission 3: Promote agency and professional accountability. 

This is achieved through strong professional environments and culture-driven leadership close to the work. The foundation is competence, collaboration and autonomy, and it means that we continuously learn, improve our practice and develop new leaders and key capabilities.

Mission 4: Create regenerative flagship projects. 

These projects must give more back to society and the planet than they take, thereby demonstrating the next generation of data centres as well as residential, commercial and cultural buildings. Through strong partnerships, the organisation must move from advisor to system influencer.

Mission 5: Ensure lifetime-based carbon neutrality. 

This is achieved by reducing and neutralising all emissions, so that the organisation does not leave a climate debt for future generations. The path towards this is to meet the same climate requirements that we recommend for projects and clients.
